What is an assistant hour?
An assistant hour is one hour where Lo is actively working for you—watching your screen, analyzing context, and taking actions. If the app is idle or paused, it doesn’t count toward your assistant hours.
What counts as an action?
Actions are things Lo actually does: running a workflow, clicking a button, typing for you, sending a message, or generating a non-trivial response. Simple UI pings and status checks don’t count.
What happens if I hit my limits?
Lo will gently slow down—fewer proactive suggestions and less frequent screen checks. You can either wait until your next billing cycle or add Lo Credits to keep going at full speed.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle, and any unused Lo Credits stay in your account.
Do I have to think about tokens?
No. Lorensic manages all model and token details for you. You just pick how hard you want Lo to work, and we handle the rest behind the scenes.
